Purchasing and payment terms

Once you have done your purchase and payment is clear, you will be contacted by our Customer Service for confirmation of order.

 

Refund and Cancellation

Cancellations before 24 hours of delivery can be reimbursed and subject to no fees. Cancellation within 24 hours of delivery are not refundable, and money will be held as store credits only which can be used for later purchases.

Delivery

We aim to deliver items at the time requested.

Deliveries run from 10 am to 10 pm. Items can only be delivered within 8 hours at a minimum. In urgent cases, you can refer to Customer Service by dialling our unified number, whereby delivery may be accommodated depending on spot delivery availability.

‏ Bloemen Responsibility Ends

The product is delivered to the address specified at the time of the purchase. Once delivery has been made, Bloemen does not assume any liability for any loss, damage or breakage to the product.

In the absence or non-receipt of the items or if there was an error in contact number or address that the customer provided, Bloemen can keep the items during a maximum period of 2 days and does not assume any liability after that.
